Via Nonna began in New York, where Chef Praveen learned the art of authentic Italian gelato from an Italian grandmotherly neighbor.

Today, that tradition lives on in Nashville—through patient technique, thoughtful ingredients, and flavors inspired by the places and memories that stay with us.
